Background
Mr. Palmeri holds professional licenses as an attorney-at-law in all of the Ohio courts, in the federal courts in Ohio and in the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Palmeri founded and headed up a Cleveland law firm specializing in creditor rights in the bank lending area and in U.S. Bankruptcy matters.
